You’ll get about 3–4g of sugar per serving — just enough to enhance the taste without overpowering it.

It started with curiosity and a desire to feel better day-to-day. We were juggling full schedules and wanted steady energy, clear focus, and better rest without the ups and downs. Functional mushrooms quickly became part of our routine, and what began as experimenting in our kitchen turned into something we wanted to share.
